1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ar888 ("ar888", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ar888 website located at ar888.app and all associated services, products, mobile experiences, and features (collectively the "Platform").

By creating an ar888 account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the ar888 Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the ar888 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the ar888 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one ar888 account. Creating or attempting to create duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. ar888 reserves the right to close accounts where false, misleading, or incomplete information has been provided.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ar888 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ar888 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify ar888 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access or use of your account.

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure

ar888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, technical errors requiring correction, or regulatory requirements.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

ar888 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to provide the following documentation at any point:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC, passport, driving licence)
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within three months)
• Proof of payment method (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or Easypaisa account)
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed certain thresholds

ar888 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account closure.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

ar888 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and other payment methods as displayed in the Cashier at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the Cashier interface. All deposits are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

ar888 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits must originate from an account held in your own name. ar888 reserves the right to reverse any deposit and return funds where the payment method does not belong to the registered account holder.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where operationally possible. ar888 targets processing withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours of approval, subject to completion of applicable KYC checks. ar888 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

5.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. ar888 may apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its prevailing fee schedule, as communicated to the account holder prior to any deduction.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ar888 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions accompanying each offer, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and minimum odds restrictions. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and over who have completed the ar888 registration process.
• ar888 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the ar888 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game. General betting rules include:

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• ar888 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error ("palpable error") or where the relevant event has been subjected to confirmed match manipulation.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or game outcome, the ar888 settlement records shall be final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined below.
• ar888 may impose maximum win limits per bet, per day, or per event at its discretion.
• ar888 reserves the right to limit, suspend, or close the account of any player where the pattern of play is considered by ar888 to constitute advantage play or professional gambling activity.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ar888 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading registration information
• Using the Platform while under the age of 18
• Accessing the Platform using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools
• Colluding with other players in casino games or on-platform betting markets
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime using the Platform
• Placing bets on events where you have material non-public information or where your participation constitutes match-fixing
• Charging back or reversing deposits made to your ar888 account through your payment provider without first raising the matter with ar888 support

9. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ar888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

ar888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ar888 shall not be liable for any losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled Platform downtime, technical failures, or connectivity issues outside ar888's reasonable control.

ar888's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to their ar888 account in the 12 months preceding the date of the claim.

12. Amendments to These Terms

ar888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ar888 will provide reasonable advance notice via email to the address registered on your account, or by prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ar888 is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and ar888, you should contact ar888 support in the first instance via the 24/7 live chat facility available in your account dashboard. ar888 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of a formal complaint being received in writing.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be referred to an independent arbitration body as notified by ar888 at the relevant time. The decision of such arbitration body shall be final and binding on both parties.
